🧂 Ingredients
- 12 oz squid ink pasta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- ½ cup white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for garnish
🔪 Instructions
- Cook pasta per package directions until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Deglaze with wine (if using); simmer 2 minutes.
- Toss in pasta and reserved water, stirring to coat in sauce.
- Season to taste and finish with parsley and lemon.
